Functional light object
Cone diverts a domestic object towards an assumed lighting function.
The base is a metal kettle, retained as the main volume and anchor point. The light emerges from its opening, extended by a partially knotted metal wire cage with rope, which channels and protects the bulb. A metal flexible connects the elements, reinforcing the technical and articulated aspect.
The light remains visible, direct, without decorative filter. The materials are left exposed: painted metal, steel wire, rope, electrical components. The object does not seek to hide its origin or transformation. It embraces its diversion and its balance between use and presence. Cone fits into the Waste Value logic: a utilitarian object transformed into a luminous, readable, and desirable item.
